Abstract:
This session will discuss Business Impact Management, which includes the latest functions available in TBSM 2.1 announced 24 September 2002. If time allows there will be a short demo of TBSM.
Bio:
Peter Holm has worked with IBM for more than 25 years and held various positions. He has worked at the IBM Nordic Lab with both development and technical support. When IBM and Tivoli merged he worked in the distributed area as a teamleader for a Nordic support team. Since 1999 he works mainly with Tivoli Business Systems Manager and is currently the EMEA Technical TBSM Advocate.
