Web Application Testing Meet the Challenges

Abstract:
Is Web application testing very different from the traditional testing of mainframe and client/server applications? Klaas will give an overview of the approach to the testing of Internet Banking at ABN AMRO Bank. Focus will be on (differences in) test strategy and management and organisation of the test process.
Bio:
Klaas Hollander has worked for ABN AMRO since 1979. With more than ten years experience in testing of bank applications, his achievements include the creation of the Test Office for the Dutch branches, which contains a laboratory for usability testing. During the Internet Banking program he was test manager of the integral business tests. Currently, Klaas is the overall test manager for all Multi Channel Platform projects and is in charge of a team of test managers and co-ordinators.
